ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Products are typically dispatched within 24 hours of your purchase and delivered within 3-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. All educational products are transported and delivered using the USPS Media Mail Service. We also offer other expedited services but we recommend the media mail service to save your pocket. While we try to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated delivery time, delays may happen. In such cases, contact us for the latest update on your shipment.

We try our best to deliver your products before the estimated delivery time. For your convenience, a tracking ID is provided to you as soon as we dispatch your order.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We have several quality control checks to ensure that the product you receive meets the highest quality standards. In case you receive a damaged product, contact us by sending an email (along with a picture of the defective item) to support@bestmusicstuff.com. Our team will assess the damage and respond within 1-2 days with a solution. We will either replace the item or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.
